Stitch Perfect provides tailoring, clothing alteration, remodelling, and upcycling services based on an assessment of the garment, its condition, and the requested result. Any project remains subject to review of the item and materials, and the final scope may be limited by construction, fabric, and wear.

Prices are not final until the garment and requested work have been assessed. Where a project quote is issued, a deposit may be requested before work begins, and any supplementary materials or additional work are charged only if agreed in advance or approved during the project.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate project information and for presenting the garment in a condition suitable for assessment and work.
